New Pond Village: A Continuum of Care

What is a continuum of care, and how does it benefit you? As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), New Pond Village offers several levels of living, including independent living, assisted living, and Mind & Memory.

These levels of care represent a continuum offering increasingly personalized services delivered by caring professionals. At New Pond Village, our mission is to provide you with the care you need, when you need it.

If you continue to enjoy an active lifestyle but need some help with daily tasks, assisted living may be the right setting for you. You can continue to benefit from all the premier amenities and services you’ve always enjoyed as an independent living resident, but can also receive the help you may need with your activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing and taking medications.

If you need care as you recover from an illness, an injury or a hospital stay, you can speak with one of our community representatives about taking advantage of your quarterly stipend short-term skilled nursing care stipend benefit, which you can use with the provider of your choice.

We want to ensure that you continue to enjoy your hobbies and passions in life no matter what care level you may need.
